While a cup of coffee might not hurt now and then in normal circumstances, glucofort while you are dehydrated you should steer clear of it. However, for most us nowadays, we eat large amounts of sugar and refined carbohydrate and do not exercise enough to burn off this excessive sugar. You just pick your food of choice from each of the columns and "POOF" you have a properly portioned, balanced meal!
