To Teach is to Change a Brain
To teach is to change how people think, feel and act. It originates in the brain. This talk will let you explore what makes people think, how to impact what they feel, and to ensure they will act when they have the chance to save a life. Making a change from one brain to another.
We are happy to welcome Anna Tebelius Bodin as our Key Note Speaker.

Why do we educate people in first aid? What do we want to achieve by educating them? How can we check that we have made a difference?
In this session we will discuss these questions, and some possible answers. We will draw on experience of the Georgian Red Cross and the Lithuanian Red Cross. By the end we will have a better understanding of what we can measure, how we can measure it, how we can analyse the data and how we can use it. Together we will consider the proposed GFARC toolkit, and how it can be improved.
We are happy to have Emily Oliver, British Red Cross, as a speaker in this session.
